The 3rd release of the “PARALLEL/” line, “PARALLEL/ NYLON HAND MESH MULE” will be available from the 2nd of May.
“PARALLEL/ NYLON HAND MESH MULE” is a reproduction of the original model converting the materials to nylon and sponge soles from leather, using the same patterns and hand weaving techniques.

“craft yourself” is a handmade kit series which allows you to create Hender Scheme’s products at home.
We will release the kits, composed of leather, a needle and thread,
from which you can assemble our products by hand stitching the components.
We wish to share the joy of crafts and creativity with everyone at this challenging time.

Hender Scheme will release our first collaboration with Dr. Martens on the 28th of September. Fusing the shoemaking heritage and craftsmanship to redefine a classic—twice. The limited collaboration consists of two one-off reworks of Dr. Martens’ iconic 1461 shoe, manufactured by each brands. “1461 Hender Scheme” was made in England at its Wollaston factory, and “manual industrial products 21 × Dr. Martens” was made in Japan manufactured by our craftsmen in Asakusa, as a part of the line “manual industrial products”.
9月28日より、Dr. Martensとのコラボレーションシューズを発売いたします。Dr. Martensのアイコニックモデルである「1461」を２つのシューズへ再構築した各モデルを、双方の生産背景で製作し、日本と英国で、伝統の製法と職人技によるレザーシューズを製作している両ブランドの魅力が交差しあうプロジェクトとなりました。
「1461 Hender Scheme」は、Dr. Martensのウォラストンの工場にて生産された英国製、「manual industrial products 21 × Dr. Martens」は、Hender Schemeの浅草の職人が生産した日本製となり、ベジタブルタンニンレザーを採用した２モデルは、着用するごとに味わいを増していきます。

“PARALLEL/ FRONT GORE” is a reproduction of the original model using a different manufacturing process to produce a pair of rubber shoes.

The collaboration pieces see Monocle’s key color, ‘olive’, used to accent Hender Scheme designs.

The vegetable tanned leather will gradually age through usage. The leather is specially produced for everyday use: tanned in a pit filled with vegetable tannin which makes it durable. Oils and waxes are added to avoid stains.
Available in 2 styles, “all leather” and “leather × faux leather” versions.
